Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of experience in executive administrative support. The candidate must also possess past experience with corporate travel and have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
- Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations as needed
- Track and manage executive expenses, including expense reports and reimbursements
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and ADP Workforce Now
- Draft memos and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Attend board meetings and assist with presentations and materials
- Manage phone messages and emails on behalf of executives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in executive administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and ADP Workforce Now
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus
