POSTING:
We are searching for a focus-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team and our growing USA operation.

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Tomball, TX 77375
Pay: $60,000/yr + commission

What’s the Job? 

  • Grow market share in an assigned sales territory, providing excellent customer service and assisting in the product specification process
  • Proactive prospecting for new customers primarily via phone to set up appointments with target accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Assist inside sales department, acting as a liaison between company and customers
  • Documenting customer and prospect interactions in CRM tools, including appointments, cold calls and other relevant information shared via email or phone

What’s Needed? 
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years inside/outside sales experience, preferably in hydraulic parts or automotive parts distribution (hydraulic cylinder, power take off’s, valves… experience a plus)
  • Good driver’s license
  • Good communication skills, including phone skills
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Regular physical attendance at the worksite, occasional overnight travel required
