Job Description:

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Subcontracts Administrator Associate you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Subcontracts Administrator Associate joining our team to provide support with related work to the subcontract life cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.

HOW A SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Develops, negotiates and administers assigned NDAs, TAs, Subcontracts, and other related agreements in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and procedures.
  • Create subcontract solicitations
  • Negotiate price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations and completing Price Analysis
  • Review and route subcontract invoices for stakeholder review, approval, and payment
  • Compile reports for Subcontracts and/or Project Management
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parameters
  • Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelors degree
  • Required Experience: 0-2 years of related experience in contracts administration or office environment
  • Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred Technical Skills: SharePoint and Visio
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Effective administrative and organizational skills. Strong communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills and Abilities: Basic knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in subcontract Administration. Basic knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned subcontracts, including FAR, applicable Agency Supplements, and CAS. Effective administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Security Clearance Level: None required. Must be able to obtain if needed.
  • Location: This is a hybrid position working at a GDIT facility in Tampa, FL or Falls Church, VA. Position will require working onsite 2-3 days a week.
  • Due to the nature of the work performed and access to restricted data, US Citizenship required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $25.50 - $34.50. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
