Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the voice of the US for the DMI team.
Contribute to defining the US growth strategy in skincare.
Develop strategies to build brand equity through the client’s skincareline.
Act as a central hub, interfacing between the US team and the Paris team.
Translate and adapt global DMI plans to suit the US market.
Support the marketing department and assist full-time employees, consultants, or freelance staff.
Assist with creating or updating presentation files and tracking budgets and expenses.
Communicate with external agencies as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

Consumer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of US trends, retailers, and market landscape.
Passionate about marketing and innovation.
Ability to adapt global strategies to the local market.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role such as project management, global or US marketing, product development, preferably in the beauty and/or skincare industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in presentation software and budget tracking.
MBA is not required.

Day in the Life:

Act as the US voice for DMI, ensuring alignment and effective communication between US and global teams.
Collaborate with the US and Paris teams to drive the skincare growth strategy.
Innovate and adapt global plans to enhance Garnier’s brand equity in the US market.
Interface regularly with both internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
