Digital Campaign Manager- Global Accounts Team

The Role
As a Campaign Manager on our Global Accounts team, you’ll play a crucial role in executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for major clients. This position offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic, results-driven atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, manage, and optimize both managed service and self-service campaigns
Lead strategic planning and execution of campaigns, generating insights independently
Oversee campaign quality assurance, ensuring accurate implementation, pacing, and performance
Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional service
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, analytics, and media partners
Provide regular performance insights and optimization recommendations to clients
Manage creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign documentation
Troubleshoot issues on pre-production and live campaigns
Conduct monthly audits and manage bill/pay systems when applicable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
Strong understanding of upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, SQL, and Tableau
Experience with trade-desk optimizations and media planning
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Note: This position reports to an Industry Manager and requires occasional client meetings.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47 to $52/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
