- Social Listening: Employ a mix of manual and tool-supported listening across social channels to discern insights for our clients and inform marketing strategies.
- Creative Support: Assist the design team with ideating around social media visuals and making basic edits to visuals in Canva and PowerPoint to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
- Thought Leadership: Partner with the digital team to develop organizational thought leadership content on the latest trends across the digital landscape, positioning Green Room Communications as a trusted authority in healthcare communications.
- 3-5+ years of agency or in-house social media experience, with specific healthcare and pharma experience.
- Understanding of the rules and regulations that govern social media engagement in the biopharma industry.
- Experience with Veeva and/or similar review and approval systems.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing digital projects and/or programs.
- Passion for, and knowledge of, social media channels and content.
- Experience working with biotech, pharmaceutical, or consumer health clients.
- Experience developing and managing social media content calendars and posting/scheduling content to channels.
- Strong writing skills in both short-form and long-form content.
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and efficient.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in tandem in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
