As a vital member of the Bioprocessing Corporate Account Management (CAM) team, you will deliver worldwide guidance to Ecolab Manufacturing, Inc.'s strategic clientele.

In the role of Global Strategic Account Executive, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of your clients on an international scale, crafting an account strategy that reflects that insight and our product offerings.

Once the strategy is established, you will collaborate with regional account managers to implement the global plan locally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend Account Business, financial metrics, and strategic objectives. Participate in quarterly earnings discussions, review investor/company updates, and analyze annual reports.

- Familiarize yourself with global sites, especially those focused on process development and biologics manufacturing.

- Understand the key initiatives of the primary account.

- Identify and map key decision-makers within the global network.

- Formulate company-specific account initiatives aligned with Ecolab's goals and capabilities.

- Create a comprehensive global communication strategy for each account.

- Engage with other divisions within Ecolab to strengthen relationships.

- Continuously promote Ecolab's presence within the account.

- Clearly articulate revenue, pipeline, and opportunities.

- Maintain an up-to-date global presentation deck.


The primary region for this role encompasses significant travel requirements, including regular trips and international travel.

A car allowance is included.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree

- 5 years of relevant experience in a biotech business development capacity

- 5 years of experience in complex negotiations

- Operational knowledge of CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in science and business is preferred.

- Proficiency in French or German.

- 7 years of relevant experience in a biotech business development role.

- Experience in negotiating Master Service Agreements or multi-site contracts.

- Experience in leading or managing cross-functional teams.

Compensation Overview:
The total compensation range for this position is $207,700 - $311,500, which includes a base salary and eligibility for performance-based incentive compensation.
