The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes.

Achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of our pharmacy portfolio which includes disposables, premix and nutritional products and services
* Calling on hospital customers with a primary focus on the pharmacy department, mastering effective sales presentations, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quoting appropriate customer prices
* Monitoring sales against forecasts, implementing sales strategies to attain sales volume and participating in the determination of market potential for the territory
* Working closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Providing customer feedback to immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the potential development of marketing policy, product and pricing
* Bachelors Degree with 3+ years experience or 6+ years of relevant experience
* Previous hospital pharmacy sales experience is a plus
* Position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies
* Travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel
* Demonstrate an eye for business and strong knowledge of sales processes
