Responsibilities:
  • Cheerfully welcome guests upon entrance and begin the reception process.
  • Meet, greet, provide information, and directs our service guest to the appropriate service advisor.
  • Look for opportunities to assist and wow customers making their experience pleasant and memorable.
  • Be available and ready to assist, eagerly looking for ways to be helpful to all.
  • Look for opportunity to keep grounds neat and clean.
  • Understand customer's non-vehicle needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the dealership.
  • Arrange off-site accommodations, transportation etc. upon request from guests.
  • Quickly, politely, and accurately determine appropriate routing for customer inquiries.
  • Move vehicles throughout the dealership.
  • Assist with technology or any questions from customer new car delivery.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Driver's License -Required
  • 1-year verifiable experience as a premium hotel concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role - preferred
