About this Role: CrowdStrike seeks a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced Regional Sales Director to protect organizations against advanced attackers. The ideal candidate must position CrowdStrike's portfolio of next-generation cyber security and threat intelligence capabilities, articulating GTM strategies to senior customer executives. The successful candidate will present product capabilities and value to prospects, match strengths to agency and department needs, and help partners and clients defeat the adversary. The candidate must have sales leadership experience, executive level contacts, and be flexible and adaptable to changing business situations. They must be results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and innovative in building internal relationships and external partnerships to attack the market with passion. This is a Director-level opportunity within our Field Sales team. We seek qualified candidates based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Responsibilities: * Sales and management experience leading a team of senior sales people * Day-to-day personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, long-term opportunity management * Develop and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expanding revenue with customers across the assigned region * Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets * Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory * Collaborate with peers across functions to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of target prospects * Work cooperatively within the partner ecosystem to leverage their established account presence and relationships * Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com/CLARITY and other data analytics tools Requirements: * 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products * Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace * Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets * Must be aggressive, a self-starter with an ability to build executive relationships and create demand * Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems, and ability to explain complicated concepts * Recognized experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills * Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills * Ability to work remotely and be willing to travel on short notice * Self-motivated ability to work independently and as part of a team * BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
