We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead business development activities focused on the Force Protection and Security market within the Department of Defense (DoD). This role requires identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing comprehensive business acumen, and establishing outstanding business relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in mission support, security, engineering, and integration of force protection systems with an emphasis on cyber security, cloud, artificial intelligence, and multi-domain environments. The role involves developing and executing marketing and BD strategy for the DOD Force Protection and Security account, managing the full BD life-cycle process, and collaborating with the technology team to coalesce the division's strategy. Successful candidates will have a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 15+ years of relevant experience, with a technical degree being a must. Proven expertise in business development, customer relationship development, and team leadership is required. This position is located in Reston, VA or Huntsville, AL.
