Job Description:
The role involves administrative and office support activities for the Director of Operations at CMC. Responsibilities may include organizing meetings, developing project plans, and creating MS Office documents (e.g., PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software is required, along with internet research skills. Positions in this category may be titled department assistant, coordinator, or associate. Prior experience in scheduling meetings/interviews and a keen attention to detail are essential. Candidates must possess outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and excellent organizational abilities, with 2-4 years of experience.

Position Requirements:
• Candidate must be able to work on-site at the CMC Plainsboro location (Building 105) daily.
• A minimum of 2 years' work experience is required, 3-4 years preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, is necessary.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks are important.
• The candidate should be highly organized and have some project management experience.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory - a GED/High School Diploma is the minimum requirement.
• Experience working with hourly employees is advantageous.
