- Forge deep client relationships and drive exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering world-class products and services.
- Lead cross-functional teams across sales, client services, and delivery to create a seamless client experience and maximize client value.
- Develop top talent and inspire high performance by providing clear direction and actionable feedback.
- Masterfully orchestrate complex projects, aligning internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
- Champion a client-centric culture by identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic initiatives to expand our client partnerships.
- Leverage business acumen and financial expertise to optimize profitability and achieve measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Achieve: In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong leadership skills and build a high-performing client engagement team. You will gain deep expertise in the martech/AdTech industry and develop a strong understanding of Epsilon’s product offerings.
Who You Are:

- 8+ years of industry-specific experience
- 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Martech or Adtech experience
- In-depth understanding of clients/industries supported
- High acumen of services operations, contracting, and financials
- Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
