What you will do:
Communicate in a professional manner developing good rapport with both internal and external individuals.
Knowledgeable of all domestic and international HYMH locations and personnel to accurately communicate appropriate information.
Use of tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive, intra-company employee issues and matters of highly confidential nature.
Manage calendar for executives.
Organize all travel requirements.
Arrange and coordinate meetings that take place locally or in other locations worldwide.
Assist in the preparations for the Senior Management meetings and provide administrative support for executives attending.
Prepare and file executives’ expense reports using Concur Expense Reporting.
Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and presentations as requested.
Organize and prioritize flow of work and initiate follow-up actions.

Handle incoming calls, directing to proper personnel or providing assistance personally.
Greet internal and external customers as a liaison to the Executive.
May be required to provide assistance or assume direct responsibility for various projects and/or tasks including but not limited to:
Preparation, coordination, consolidation of department budgets and/or forecasts
Support of other executives and/or departments, presentations, research of information, and any other tasks required to best support the efficiency of the company
The incumbent will prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient manner with integrity, a positive attitude, dependability and team orientation is required for this position.
Must present a professional and helpful image to all employees and guest.
Maintaining confidentiality is essential.
Professionally and successfully communicate with Executive and Upper Management level employees on a daily basis.
What you will need:
Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative position in a corporate environment.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Communications / Customer Service Skills
Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required, SharePoint, Access and Visio desired)
Office Management Skills
Ability to multi-task
