Job Summary

Forestdale Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and clerical functions of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain the office supply inventory and order materials as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, Haitian Creole a plus.
