Aids in the performance of risk and control self-assessments.
Participate in the identification and analysis of risks.
May assist in the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs.
Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive risk management program and related initiatives.
Assist business and technology team knowledge to better understand processes and controls.
Partners with technology Segment Risk Managers to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (business partners and technology teams).
Assist the risk partners/business segment in the timely remediation of issues.
Provide support for policy/controls and process documentation.
Document and maintain internal team processes as needed.
Contributes to teams continuous improvement culture by applying critical thinking skills and experiences to make suggestions.
Aid in fostering a risk-awareness culture.

Basic Qualifications:

Up to 3 years of risk-based experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internships, or work experience.
Business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand key processes within technology, cybersecurity, and data management.
Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a high level of detail in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present requirements/issues clearly and concisely.
Ability to effectively work within a team environment and collaborate on projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Suite
Experience with Technical Writing
Technical or Cybersecurity Experience
