Key Responsibilities:
As a Risk Specialist at Agility Partners, your key responsibilities will include:

* Performing risk and control self-assessments and documenting policies, controls, and processes
* Collaborating with operational and technology stakeholders to design, evaluate, and validate controls
* Administering operational and regulatory risk strategy programs for assigned business segments
* Developing strong working relationships with business line management to deliver timely issue escalations and recommendations to senior management

You will need to have advanced knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements, as well as 5+ years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or operational risk. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
