We are seeking an energetic, collaborative leader to join forces with our Corporate Partnership Sales and Development teams On day one, you will have the opportunity to drive the creation of fresh marketing solutions for new and existing partners. This role is essential for helping us develop innovative ideas, build standout partnership packages, and deliver compelling presentations to enable business growth. Responsibilities:


Lead Platform and Proposal (New Business & Renewal) Development: Quickly understand the Celtics corporate partner offerings to architect integrated programs across key channels with alignment across various mediums including but not limited to consumer marketing platforms, brand awareness and amplification, and custom content.


  • Uncover and understand partner objectives during sales discovery to best align business goals with potential branded sponsorship activations and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (i.e., Marketing/Content, Game Operations, Community Engagement, Corporate Events, etc.) to develop innovative and high-impact partnership platforms that help prospective partners achieve their marketing goals.
  • Lead internal brainstorms and champion ideas from conception to pitch in collaboration with the sales and partner development teams.
  • Spearhead the creative direction of data-led and visually compelling partnership presentations, case studies, and communications for current and prospective partners.


Drive Partnership Storytelling: Oversee the development of compelling data-driven presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate value to both current and prospective partners.


Industry Research: Research and discover new opportunities for the partnership team by identifying best practices, performing category analysis, identifying innovative new assets, and tracking trends across the sports/entertainment industry.


Market Research: Use research platforms like YouGov and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to gain insights into brand conversations and consumer trends.Current


Partner Support: Establish deep understanding of partner contracts and assets to support the Partnership Development team with renewals, upsells, and potential partner considerations / conflicts.


CRM and Asset Management: Assist in managing CRM systems (Kore, Salesforce) and oversee asset inventory and pricing


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Business, or related subject areas preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in sports and entertainment with a focus on marketing strategy; experience with teams or agencies is a plus.
  • Proven track record of analyzing marketing strategies and generating innovative ideas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other creative programs
  • Experience with sponsorship tools like YouGov Profiles, Nielsen, and Zoomph.
  • Demonstrated mastery in leading projects with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively across various business units and adapt to changing environments.
  • Passion for professional sports and dedicated to supporting and collaborating with teammates.
