Marketing Specialist, Partnerships Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Boston, MA Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: Flexcar is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnerships Specialist to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is critical to driving the growth and success of Flexcar's strategic partnerships and rewards program. You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing relationships with local businesses, promoting mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance our offerings and increase member engagement. Your efforts will help expand Flexcar's reach and visibility through strategic partnerships and close collaboration with internal teams. What You'll Do: Partnership Development & Outreach:Research & Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential partners that align with Flexcar's brand and member needs.Outreach & Engagement: Proactively reach out to identified businesses to promote participation in Flexcar's rewards program, emphasizing the mutual benefits of collaboration.Negotiation & Onboarding: Lead the negotiation process, secure partnership agreements, and oversee the onboarding of new partners into the program.Partnership Management & Growth:Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering ongoing collaboration and innovation.Performance Reporting: Provide regular insights and performance reports to partners, demonstrating the success of collaborative initiatives and recommending adjustments as needed.Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing, HR, and product development, to integrate partner details into Flexcar's creative and marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution through various channels, including the mobile app.Member Feedback & Growth Opportunities:Conduct meetings with Flexcar members to identify growth opportunities and gather valuable feedback for internal stakeholders, helping to refine and improve partnership initiatives.What Drives Success for this Role: Experience: 1-2 years in partnership development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on relationship management and business outreach.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to conduct detailed research and analyze partnership performance metrics.Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
