WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A SENIOR COMMERCIAL CREDIT ANALYST

Join our team at One Community Bank as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in assessing credit risk and supporting lending decisions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing a wide range of financial information such as tax returns, income statements, and credit reports, to evaluate the risk associated with extending credit. With a focus on global cash flow analysis and collateral positions, you will collaborate with lenders and business representatives to gather essential data. By generating financial ratios and comparing the financial health of businesses, you will contribute to creating thorough loan presentations and credit memos.

Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior team members, ensure compliance with department policies, and offer valuable insights for the continuous improvement of the Credit department.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SENIOR COMMERCIAL CREDIT ANALYST

To excel as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst at One Community Bank, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting along with a minimum of 4-5 years of credit analyst experience in a banking setting. Strong communication skills are essential for providing guidance to junior team members effectively. Proficiency in accounting principles, regulations, and industry procedures is crucial for accurate financial analysis. Advanced problem-solving abilities are necessary to navigate complex credit scenarios and generate insightful recommendations. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to efficiently analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.

The ability to apply these skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment will be key to success in this role.
