Position Overview:


The Client Relationship Executive plays a crucial role in formulating a strategic plan to nurture and expand current client partnerships while also establishing new connections that align with our organizational standards and risk management strategies.

This position requires a demonstrated history of successfully acquiring new client relationships (both credit and non-credit) and effectively negotiating terms with minimal oversight.

Client Relationship Executives are expected to collaborate with relevant commercial banking professionals (Loan Coordinators, Credit Analysts) to provide credit solutions under the guidance of Credit Administration, Senior Client Relationship Executives, Division Managers, or Directors.

In addition, this role involves working closely with Treasury Management Officers to enhance and address the non-credit requirements of commercial clients.

This position will focus on developing and managing commercial relationships that meet established lending criteria and client selection standards, ensuring maximum profitability for the Bank while minimizing risk.

Qualifications:

Education/Skills/Training:


A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification; completion of coursework in finance, accounting, and real estate analysis or similar training in commercial banking.

Experience in negotiation, attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and success in managing clients with varied banking needs are essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setting is crucial.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (primarily WORD, PowerPoint, and EXCEL) is necessary; familiarity with LaserPro (CFI) is preferred. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer relations abilities, are essential.


Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, Relationship Officer, or a similar role is required. A solid understanding of commercial lending terminology, loan processing, documentation, and lending procedures is essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and focused on production, with a strong desire to cultivate existing relationships and actively seek new business opportunities.
