Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Kinara Group is partnering with an innovative genomics software company that is redefining how genetic data is interpreted, managed, and applied to precision medicine. We’re supporting their search for a Sales Director to lead commercial growth across the United States. This position will shape regional strategy, develop key partnerships across healthcare and research, and drive adoption of advanced genomic interpretation and data analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the US commercial strategy for a genomics and bioinformatics software platform Identify, engage, and manage key accounts across clinical laboratories, hospitals, and research organizations Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close Collaborate with marketing, product, and scientific teams to align customer solutions with strategic goals Represent the business at major industry conferences and client meetings Provide regular pipeline forecasts and market feedback to senior leadership Experience Required Significant experience in sales or business development within genomics, bioinformatics, or molecular diagnostics Proven success closing complex SaaS, software, or platform-based solutions in the life sciences sector Strong understanding of NGS workflows, data interpretation, and precision medicine applications Existing network within clinical genomics, research, or digital health ecosystems Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Based in the United States with ability to travel nationally About the Company The company develops AI-driven genomics software designed to make variant interpretation faster, more accurate, and accessible to clinicians and researchers worldwide.
