We provide IT services to many clients throughout SoCal - and each client is assigned a Client Support Specialist. You'll work to become an expert in the environments for each client assigned to you, and will be the first level of support. A typical week will include helping clients with technical issues, working on projects, and perform routine maintenance. Due to the variety of clients, you'll be responsible to assist in a variety of environments and software applications. Here's some more things you'll get to do: Deliver technical assistance and support for incoming queriesand issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware Respond to requests either in person or via phone/remote support and walk users through problem solving process Provideone-on-one, customer support by active listening & understandingissues and providing timely and appropriate solutions Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved and solicit feedback in regard to computer usage Help develop SOPs by consistently providing appropriate and accurate documentation Participate in other related projects and complete other assigned tasks as needed Requirements Currently enrolled in a IT degree program or recent graduate Ability to execute solution support for 10 to 15 tickets daily Ability to deliver world class customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and outstanding professionalism Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization Ability to comprehend complex documents and take direction Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions to problems Ability to lift upwards of 40 pounds for moving and setting up equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
