Location: Houston, TXKey Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt quotes and efficiently manage customer orders.
  • Inform customers about our offerings to enhance sales.
  • Address client inquiries swiftly or escalate issues as needed.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Update customers on order progress and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve issues.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
  • Effectively manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
  • Assist with estimates and service requests.
  • Coordinate logistics for order deliveries.
  • Professionally resolve any customer order discrepancies.
Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field is essential.

Familiarity with Acumatica (ERP) and Microsoft Office is preferred.
