The Client Support Associate will provide ideal customer service by communicating with customers and internal departments.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

·         Strengthen client relationships by responding promptly and professionally to incoming client inquires through email, by telephone, or in person;

·         Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customer service policies;

·         Receive client purchase orders, provide confirmation to client, coordinate all purchase order details, enter orders into the database and prepare orders for shipping department;

·         Communicate and coordinate client needs with all internal departments;

·         Answer all inquiries such as tracking, shipments, credits, scheduling, cancellation, adjustments, warehousing and any other information pertaining to orders, in addition to collecting bill of ladings from shipping to create invoices and any of the above aforementioned paperwork;

·         Work with management to help analyze client sales reports and other data in an ongoing basis, in order to better plan internally as well as forecast future needs;

·         Support accounting and account managers in resolving unpaid invoices;

·         Assist as necessary re-work processing;

·         Aid management to help satisfy client's needs as deemed necessary;

·         Follow cGMP guidelines and processes as established in department SOPs;

·         Additional duties as deemed necessary by Supervisor

·         Perform other duties as deemed necessary.

 

Requirements and Skills

  •  College degree educated 2-4 years of customer service/inside sales experience
  • Previous experience in sales and/or manufacturing in the Nutraceutical industry preferred;
  • Must have a strong understanding of general computer concepts and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Must have Professional written and oral communication skills;
  • Must exude high energy and professionalism;
  • Must be driven to provide unequalled client service;
  • Must be a self-starter;
  • Must desire to work in a detail oriented work environment;
  • Must be able to work in fast and sometimes stressful work environment.

 

 

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time;
  • Ability to work around a variety of different smells and aromas;
  • Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours;
  • Work environment is normally in an office setting. Must be able to make frequent rounds in a warehouse environment;
  • Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
