Kelly Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a professional transcription/radiology service company in Fargo, ND. If you enjoy a fast-paced position and enjoy working in a small team environment, this could be the role for you

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00/hr. depending on experience
Schedule: 7:15am-4:15pm and 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday; rotating shift each week.

Job Duties: 
•    Work with over 30 imaging facilities in the area, handing scans being sent for review.
•    Handle time sensitive information, providing a quick turnaround to clients.
•    Data entry - entering patient and insurance information into system.
•    Assisting with medical billing
•    Handling phones and fax
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Ability to multi-task without getting overwhelmed.

Skills:
•    Knowledge of medical terminology
•    1 year of experience in medical billing or coding preferred.
•    Experience with insurance industry could be helpful.
•    Technically savvy and able to do research
•    Strong typing, communication, and Microsoft Office skills

This position is a temp to hire opportunity meaning you would be permanently hired on with our client after a 90-day temp period. Once hired on you will become eligible for benefits, vacation, and performance increases.
