As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, your main role will involve providing exceptional customer service to both wholesale and retail customers. You will need to effectively communicate with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend appropriate solutions. In addition, you will be expected to resolve any customer concerns promptly and maintain the high quality and visual standards of products and store. Achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales goals will be a key focus of this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
  • Following and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintaining precise work order files and formulas
  • Stocking shelves and setting up displays
  • Assisting in making deliveries, as needed
  • Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options
  • Complying with inventory control procedures

Minimum requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
