Administrative Assistant-Temp to Hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing product reviews, mail management, case notes, spam clearance, return authorizations, literature center maintenance, and social media management. Your ability to maintain accurate records, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure efficient processes will contribute to the overall success of our company. Must have 5+ years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete and manage product reviews, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date information, and prompt response to queries.
- Check and process incoming and outgoing mail, efficiently handling shipping samples for the team.
- Take detailed notes on various cases, maintaining accurate record-keeping and organizing case files for easy access.
- Monitor and clear unwanted spam from email and other communication channels, prioritizing important messages.
- Complete return authorizations for retail, managing the return process, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Maintain and organize the literature center, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and well-stocked.
- Reply to inquiries and comments on social media platforms, engaging with the online community to maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using email, social media platforms, and other communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred.
