Interstate Construction, LLC, a highly reputable, long-standing insurance restoration company is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team We are a full-service insurance repair company, specializing in structural repairs, contents cleaning/pack outs, emergency water mitigation and temporary services.

ESTIMATOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Estimators are responsible for writing accurate and complete job estimates.
Conducts site visits and attends pre-bid meetings to understand the project scope.
Obtain bids from subcontractors.
Participate in the Emergency On-call company rotation.

ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience estimating structural repairs is required
Xactimate experience required
IICRC CERT Preferred but not required
Experience within the insurance restoration industry is required
Proficient with computers, tablets and smartphones, including typing skills
Willingness to work necessary hours to ensure all project estimating needs are being met
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with communication with insurance adjusters, homeowners, business owners, subcontractors and co-workers.
