Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare precise and thorough job estimates.
  • Conduct site assessments and participate in pre-bid discussions to grasp the project requirements.
  • Gather bids from subcontractors.
  • Engage in the Emergency On-call rotation as part of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in estimating structural repairs is essential.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate software is required.
  • IICRC certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the insurance restoration sector is a must.
  • Competence in using computers, tablets, and smartphones, along with strong typing skills.
  • Availability to work the necessary hours to fulfill all estimating responsibilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience liaising with insurance adjusters, homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, and colleagues.
