Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Forecasting: Generate precise and comprehensive cost forecasts for commercial structures, storage facilities, and interior projects based on architectural plans, specifications, and project needs.
  • Proposal Development: Craft detailed proposal documents, including cost breakdowns, scopes of work, and project timelines. Ensure all proposals are competitive and in line with company objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with project leaders, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential information, clarify project specifics, and resolve any inconsistencies.
  • Financial Oversight: Track project expenses and budgets throughout the construction process. Identify potential cost efficiencies and provide recommendations to enhance project financials.
  • Industry Analysis: Remain informed about industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure accurate and competitive financial estimates.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive estimates and reports to management and clients. Offer insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a construction estimating role, with a solid background in estimating costs for commercial structures, storage facilities, and interior projects.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Skills:
