Opportunity for a Skilled Residential Electrical Services Manager

We are looking for a talented and proactive Residential Electrical Services Manager to oversee our team of electricians. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in residential electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our residential service division, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of residential electricians, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Organize and allocate service requests to electricians based on their expertise and current workload.
  • Ensure timely completion of all service requests while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Enforce compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Review and approve job estimates and proposals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
  • Proven experience in residential electrical services, with a minimum of [X] years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, components, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
