Lateral Insights is looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Architect to join our team in supporting one of our clients. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in designing and managing data infrastructure to ensure meticulous data management and security. Join Lateral Insights to make a significant impact on our clients’ data infrastructure with your Salesforce expertise.

Responsibilities:

Translate high-level objectives and requirements into best-practice data solutions within Salesforce.
Lead a Key technical role in development teams to determine unit needs and automate business processes.
Evaluate high-level design issues related to platform, enterprise software, and system interactions.
Collaborate with product owners and development team members to identify new features and user stories for complex development projects.
Facilitate integration with tools such as Informatica, (MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Loader, and Pentaho)
Understand the Salesforce standard object data model and efficiently interpret custom data model implementations.
Utilize Salesforce Data Architecture best practices to optimize system performance and scalability
Develop and maintain data models, schema designs, and data dictionaries
Apply integration patterns including REST/SOAP web services, APIs, batch processes, connectors, and middleware.
Translate client functional and informational needs into data requirements, process models, and active systems.
Manage backup, recovery, migration, archiving, and seeding of all Salesforce data and metadata.
Perform data management services including data migration, integration, database administration, ETL, business intelligence/analytics creation, and SQL stored procedure scripting.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Salesforce application, data and integration architecture disciplines with a total experience of 15+ years.
A Salesforce Data Architect, PMP, AWS or other relevant certification from Middleware provider (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) would be great to have.

Desired Qualifications:

Exposure to Enterprise Data Governance (Archiving, Backup, Recovery, Migration, etc).
Strong Data Development / Data architecture background
Strong experience with Rest API ,Lambda
Experience working with Datalake
Exposure to Data Scripting
Strong exposure to SQL or more specifically to Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
Exposure to Salesforce CLI
