Receive and process incomplete chart requests from the billing company.Ensure that providers complete all charts for which they are responsible. Review billing company portaldaily and enterany requested medical record findings to the portal. Run and receive demographics reports and edit, as necessary. Ensure automated reports are generated and exported to the billing company daily. Attendcallswith the billing company. Communicate with CDA team to ensure ED chart holds in the billing partner portal are reviewed daily. Customer Relationship Management System(CRM) Enter updates to clientaccounts, including position changes, detailssection, and department updates. Enterupdates toproviders’profile information, including work preferences, communication information and preferences,and personal data. Enternotes from engagement withClient Facility staffandIntegritasproviders. Support Regional Manager with daily entries to Client Provider Notes. Reviewdaily metrics dataentered by Client Relations Coordinator and provide feedback as needed. Enterquality metric data as available and pertinent. RuntheHospitalist census daily andensure providershavea copy. Run ER census reportsfor assignedClientFacilitiesdaily. Upload census reports into the Teams file fortheClient Relations Coordinatorto track in the CRM. Stay current with inpatient censusand track swing beds if applicable. Check daily hospitalist discharges to make sure no notes or orders are missing and are ordered by 11 AM.Keep a log of all discharges after 11 AM andenter intothe CRM. Runmonthly reports,includingtheER throughputand hospitalisttransfers anddischarge reports. Pull weekly transfers/imports into Excel for the ED and Hospitalist Medical Directorstoreview. Reviewsite-specificPower BIreports toidentifyand address data entry errorsdaily. Assistwith census and ER reports at other locations/hospitals as needed.
