We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to enhance our customer support operations. In this position, you will engage with both prospective and current clients, oversee on-site operations, assess customer management trends, and create strategies to elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Facilitate driver onboarding processes, including pricing, contract finalization, and vehicle allocation.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the rideshare sector to deliver top-tier support.
  • Administer driver accounts effectively.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, bodywork, and inspections.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service with strong communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and engaging with individuals.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Patience and a readiness to assist customers at various times.
  • Availability for Monday to Friday work, along with rotating weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Compensation range: $50,000-$70,000
