Accounting Coordinator
Report to: Controller
The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining a system to accurately account for all client, vendor, and regulatory agency invoices. Duties of the Accounting Coordinator include but not limited to the following tasks:
Post all client, vendor, and regulatory agency invoices.
Maintain an accurate listing of client, vendor, and regulatory agency invoices.
Provide weekly project status reports to the Controller, Project Manager, and CEO.
Maintain an accurate listing of all regulatory licenses and their renewal date.
Notify all credit card holders of undocumented credit card receipts.
Maintain an up-to-date workpaper on income and expense items as identified by the Controller.

Attention to details.
Deadline driven.
Work independently.
Good critical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma plus five years of experience
Degree in Accounting or relevant field plus two years of experience.
