About this Position / Responsibilities:

Generating new business and expanding on existing customer relationships.
Ability to evaluate client staffing needs and work with decision makers to qualify and close the opportunity.
Build long-term relationships and gain the trust of clients through various techniques inclusive of, but not limited to, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of company's business in order to maximize our services and relay the best service to the client.
Understands IT as a service and can identify with a client’s business and their competition.
Participates in industry events to keep pace with current technology advances and service trends.
Maintaining contact records effectively and timely.
Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective account management Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical Requirement gathering from the Client & delivering the same to the Recruiters Knowledge of US Employment Compliances Knowledge of Recruitment Life Cycle.
Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with clients and Vendors Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing Willing to travel Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business Generating business from new accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements.
