Job Description

Let's Pave is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our marketing efforts specifically aimed at business-to-business (B2B) audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination and Execution:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns, including content marketing, webinars, and trade shows.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) and external partners to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns.
    • Track and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Support the creation of industry-specific B2B-focused content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations.
    • Ensure that all content aligns with the company's messaging and is tailored to the target B2B audience.
    • Manage content distribution across various channels, such as the company website, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing:
    • Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies, including the use of landing pages, forms, and call-to-actions.
    • Manage the process of capturing and nurturing leads through email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Event and Webinar Coordination:
    • Organize and support the execution of B2B events, such as trade shows, industry conferences, and webinars.
    • Handle event logistics, including vendor management, registration, and promotional activities.
    • Collect and analyze attendee feedback to improve future events.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct research to identify trends, industry insights, and competitive activities within the B2B space.
    • Compile and present research findings to support marketing strategy development.
    • Monitor industry publications, reports, and news to stay updated on market developments.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media:
    • Assist in managing the company's B2B social media channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
    • Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising, to drive traffic and generate leads.
    • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Sales Support:
    • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, such as brochures, data sheets, and product presentations.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials effectively support the sales process.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a content library for the sales team.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain the B2B marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
    • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
    • Manage the organization and storage of B2B marketing assets, including content, images, and videos.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
    • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Netsuite, Google Analytics).
    • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and channels, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
    • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation tactics.
    • Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing.
    • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
