Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key national accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales and account management.


Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and acquiring new accounts.
Must have the ability to navigate National Account Organizations, identify opportunities, engage and win projects and new end user customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts.
Understand the business strategies and objectives of each national account and align our products/services to meet their needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution and delivery to national accounts.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with national accounts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
Prepare regular reports and updates on account status, sales metrics, and forecasts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar role in B2B sales, preferably in video surveillance industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.
