Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing a State-of-the-Art Applicant Tracking System & other lead-generating resources to qualify, profile & convert prospects into clients
  • Maintain a full sales funnel of these prospects & build amazing relationships
  • Own business development sales cycle, initial contact to close to management of client
  • Supporting and expanding of existing customer base 
  • Communicating with clients, analysis of their needs, primary interaction
  • Collaborates and shares knowledge with various team members and departments

Requirements:
  • 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in Information Technology, IT Staffing or Professional Services

  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and a high achiever
  • Must be internally driven to succeed, want to help people, and sell with purpose
  • Must be able to successfully pass background check


Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree not required but preferred
