Salary: Base salary of $100k-$125k, plus $25k-$35k in annual bonuses ($125k-$160k OTE) Job Summary: The Regional New Truck Sales Manager oversees and coordinates operations within the New Truck departments across various locations. This role involves goal setting, staff management, sales control, budget preparation, and marketing plan development to drive new and repeat business. Job Responsibilities: Forecast and strive to meet regional goals and objectives. Assist managers and salespeople in setting and achieving monthly goals. Hire, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of New Truck Sales Managers and their staff. Provide support to sales staff to help them meet their goals. Ensure proper follow-up with potential buyers. Support managers in developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system. Ensure managers follow guidelines for appraising and displaying new trucks. Prepare and administer annual operating budgets for new truck sales departments. Monitor and control departmental performance using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys. Develop and implement marketing plans to promote new and repeat business. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Minimum of two years dealership experience, preferably within the transportation and commercial vehicle industry, or an equivalent combination of education and training. Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the company's insurance guidelines.
