Truck & Equipment Sales
Texas Truck Center is searching to bring on the newest member to our Medium-Duty Truck and Equipment sales and service team.

Family owned and operated since 1988, Texas Truck Center has been a leader in Mechanic Service Trucks and Truck Equipment. Our extensive inventory of high-quality equipment includes industry leaders such as Stellar, Maintainer, Liftmoore, Miller Welders, Vanair Compressors and more We take pride in creating long-term business partnerships our knowledgeable sales team is here to help find the right application for your equipment needs.



This new team member's responsibility will be to solicit and service new and existing customers to maintain and increase the company's customer base and to achieve sales revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and market company to generate new business
  • Maintain existing customer accounts and database
  • Build relationships, negotiate terms, meet expectations, resolve issues and close sales
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to achieve highest customer service
  • Create proposals / bids on existing inventory and new equipment
  • Receives customer orders and serves as the customer contact point on retail sales.
  • Provide management oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests and market conditions for inventory needs
  • Perform Team Quality Check
  • Arrange and coordinate delivery to customer, as well as equipment demonstration

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College Degree Preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid class A or B Driver's License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Efficient with CRM database
  • Three to seven years industry related sales experience
  • Strong Negotiating and closing skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Motivated, self-starter
