  • Collaborate with Gno.land grant program managers to identify and address technical obstacles and workflows for projects and implementation partners in the grants programs.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across product, Developer Relations, and marketing to establish strong feedback mechanisms and influence roadmaps.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify and address key areas for improvement, ranging from basic user flows to essential modules.
  • Absorb and incorporate feedback from projects and developers leveraging Gnolang to drive continuous product enhancement.
Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute reliably and work independently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Possess 4+ years of experience using Go or a similar programming language.
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and expertise in software development best practices.

About Us:

All in Bits (AiB) is dedicated to fostering a transparent and accountable world through open-source software enabling permissionless innovation and borderless transactions. Our technology empowers builders to launch secure, scalable, and interoperable sovereign blockchains and decentralized applications (dApps).

AiB is a longstanding contributor to the Cosmos ecosystem. Since 2014, our CEO Jae Kwon has been instrumental in introducing solutions to the Proof-of-Stake distributed consensus challenge, laying the groundwork for Cosmos's core infrastructure like Tendermint Core and Cosmos SDK. From inception to execution, we prioritize simple and minimalist approaches to building enduring technological solutions.

Our values revolve around transparency, accountability, and decentralization in alignment with the core Cosmos principles. QiB supports the establishment of the Decentralists DAO for the Cosmos Hub as a move towards conducting all operations on-chain, starting with engineering. This initiative aims to drive key components of the Cosmos tech stack through open dialogue, decision-making, and innovation.
