JOB DETAILS Location:Hybrid orRemoteworking options. Corporate office is in Indianapolis, IN. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States or the United Kingdom. JOB SUMMARY The Business Development Director is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets within an assigned territory. This position has full accountability for achieving assigned growth targets and other key performance indicator targets. Have a deep knowledge and understanding of the IMG product line and services and have the ability to utilize all tools to grow book of business. Understand and position the strengths and vulnerabilities of each of International Medical Group, Inc. major competitors. Create and deliver presentations to insurance producers, employers and other key stakeholders at industry functions, business meetings and other events Interact and engage with multiple departments and leaders in the company to ensure high levels of service and support are provided, resulting in acceptable levels of producer and customer satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience in a business development or account management role High performer with demonstrated results in achieving revenue and profitability targets Consultative sales skills and experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven results in achieving revenue and profitability targets Conscientious attention to detail Ability to travel as needed - 30% of time Ability to work within established sales performance metrics PREFERRED SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field Experience working in the travel industry and or insurance industry Experience working with CRM tools to grow territory sales distribution opportunities IMG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
