We’re searching for a Director of Sales a dynamic player-coach who can both lead a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives and personally close strategic enterprise deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth-stage environments and is excited by the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, refine sales motions, and scale a world-class sales organisation. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead, coach, and inspire an enterprise sales team to consistently exceed ambitious revenue goals. Personally own and close complex, high-value SaaS/AI deals with major enterprise clients. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, pipeline generation, and execution. Drive operational excellence, refine processes, forecast accurately, and optimise conversion across every stage of the funnel. Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to position cutting-edge AI engagement technology as mission-critical to their customer experience strategy. Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture grounded in accountability and shared success. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of success in enterprise SaaS or AI software sales, including 2+ years in a leadership or player-coach capacity. Track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals, ideally within regulated industries (finance, insurance, telecom). Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation. Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and empower high-performing sales teams. Exceptional communication and executive relationship-building skills. A self-starter with the drive to lead from the front and inspire others to win together. Why Join?
