The Business Development Lead develops, reviews, evaluates, and manages complex A&H Specialty programs from Managing General Underwriters. This includes assessing risk and setting underwriting parameters for MGUs/Program Managers including both rates and coverage levels. Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain producer/program relationships Evaluate complex A&H new business opportunities/programs Work with operations to on-board new MGUs/Programs and/or modify existing MGUs/Programs Skills & Experience

5+ years Accident and Health experience with an insurance carrier or an MGU/Program Manager 5+ years experience working with and overseeing MGAs/MGUs or Program Managers Market knowledge of Leisure Travel, Sports, Leisure and Entertainment, First Responders and Volunteer Organizations, and Occupational Accident/Non-Subscriber Product expertise with Accident Medical Expense, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Out of Country Medical Insurance, Trip Cancellation/Interruption $140k to $170K base salary.
