A high-end retailer is seeking a Regional Field Director to drive the performance of field professionals through coaching, development, and innovative team initiatives in multiple locations on the West Coast. This person will oversee the implementation of key initiatives, align with the brand's corporate values, and communicate its mission and goals across various markets. This person will supervise and motivate field professionals in various locations through effective communication and strategic planning.

Remote--traveling extensively throughout the California region

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in service management, including scheduling, planning, routing, asset management, customer communication, and staff management.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams across a minimum of 18 locations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills can interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to improving operations and service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies and goals.
  • Good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor, effective time management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Must be able to drive business.
