About the Role
The Regional Sales Director - Coronary will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales and profitability objectives in the Southern California Region. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical device industry and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and exceed sales and profitability objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with external customers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on market dynamics and competitive activity to inform sales strategies.
- Manage and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute organizational and operational policies to achieve department objectives.
- Monitor and adjust the annual budget for the department to meet organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to assigned staff and supervisors to achieve department objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience or management experience. Prior experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
