Responsibilities

•Manage the sales staff members and ensure that customer experience and satisfaction remain top priorities
•Develop sales and customer service strategies to increase dealership revenue
•Monitor customer service reviews, track sales volumes, and identify areas of improvement
•Stay up to date on industry trends and devise strategies to capitalize on current market conditions
•Analyze sales data, provide performance reports and use the reports for making strategic decisions
•Motivate and engage sales staff and implement new sales techniques
•Supervise the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff members
•Lead daily store operations, such as inventory management and customer follow-ups

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
•5+ years' experience as a sales manager in the Auto industry
•Proven track record in building successful teams and driving sales
•In depth understanding of customer service and sales management systems
•Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
•Excellent communication and persuasion skills
•Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multi-task
