Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Parts Sales Manager to join our team at Nielsen Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of wholesale parts to all customers and vendors, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the flow of wholesale parts to all customers and vendors.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.
  • Take ownership of all customers' experiences by carrying out additional duties that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Ensure positive outcomes and continued growth.

Requirements:

  • Organized and friendly personality.
  • Previous automotive experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others.
  • Time management skills.
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
